Descrierea postului

Ensures that customer is always kept informed where necessary.
Identify issues on incoming orders and notify the Logistics Manager and Key Accounts Manager.
Resolve any customer queries that occur in relation to despatches, schedules and customer service in a timely manner always aiming for 100% customer satisfaction.
Liaise with Planning and Production departments to ensure schedule requirements are linked with required production, ensuring despatches will be met.
Contact Customers to advise of non-compliance to agreed schedule time frames.
Monitor stock levels in external assembly plants of the customers.
Contact to transport companies.

Cerinte

Very high social and interaction skills.
Able to prioritise and organise workload effectively
Able to operate computer programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
English advanced knowledge.
Mastering of at least one of the following : French, Italian or German.
