In Romania we run the Customer Service Center with a team of around 25 agents covering 5 languages.
We are looking for native speakers of Danish, Swedish, German, French, Spanish, English or Italian to fulfill the Customer Service Representatives vacancies in our office in Bucharest.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position involves taking/making calls, writing emails and informing the customers according to the data in the system
Offer customer support using different software applications
Keep record of customer transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Handle our clients' calls/requests in an effective and pleasant way, with high professionalism and to the very best of your ability.
Ideal candidate:
Native speaker of one of the following: English/ Danish /Swedish /German /French /Spanish /Italian
Preferably some knowledge of English or Romanian
Excellent communication skills
Customer oriented person
Persuasive, ambitious, dynamic and optimistic, resistant to stress
Able to fit in and work as part of a team
Good knowledge of the MS office package.
