Descrierea postului
The Purpose of the Job is to provide high quality telephonic or written answers on questions posed by end users of the Exact Software, with a constant focus on customer satisfaction and the Exact procedures.

Job content/main responsibilities :
- Serve as first point of contact for customer
- Investigate and solve customer incidents
- Register questions / suggestions
- Maintain accurate records of discussions/
correspondence with customers
- Determine complexity of questions
- Solve basic incidents
- Liaise with internal departments
Cerinte
- Good standard of Education
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of English
- Self-motivated
- Ability to handle pressure
- Highly service minded
- Ambitious whilst team orientated
- Support or Call center experience
- Language skills
- Experience in a service oriented environment
- Knowledge of business finance and operation, i.e. able to interpret
- P&L and Balance Sheet
