Descrierea postului

The position
The Commercial Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the synergy between Roche marketing/commercial strategy and the market conditions. Part of the job includes implementing the commercial policy of the company, carrying on the established contractual conditions between Roche and distributors, and preparing the tender offer documentations according to Roche policies. The Commercial Coordinator works closely with the Logistics Manager (for ensuring good stock management), Area Managers, and Product Managers. He/she will also share responsibility on collecting the Accounts Receivable in time. The position reports to the Commercial Affairs Manager.

Who are you
You can consider yourself the ideal candidate if you are a graduate of Economics or a Technical University, you have minimum 2 years experience in managing commercial contracts and organizing tender processes. You have good understanding of financial concepts, are computer literate and possess good English language abilities. You have strong marketing and commercial understanding skills and strong negotiation skills. You are able to work on numerous and diverse tasks in a simultaneous fashion to meet tight time frames with a highly variable workload.
