Ergotrade PICCO, part of the group PIC Co. SA, is a company supplier of raw materials and ingredients for the Food production industry. Due to the company?s expansion on the Romanian market we have an open position for Sales/Product Manager for the Sugar and Chocolate Confectionery in our office in Bucharest.

Descrierea postului

Supporting Commercial Manager and Executives (office administration, client correspondence, diary management, arranging travel).

Drawing up, editing and compiling product information packs for ORGANISATION, Co-Producers and competing distributors as investment is sought.

Updating the Commercial Agency?s programme and investment database, to display up-to-date information on all programmes as well as negotiation/ co-production details.

Supporting Executives with preparations for pre-market conferences (collating editorial information, sourcing clips and promos)

Supporting Executives with deal administration; issuing / distributing contracts.
Supporting the Commercial Manager and Executives by providing information and analysis, on an ad hoc basis, of commercial activity undertaken by the team.

Organising and attending meetings with ORGANISATION production staff and taking minutes

Deputising for the Commercial Executive during periods of leave as required

Undertaking research projects on programme and market information if required by the Commercial Managers

Knowledge of the ORGANISATION?s structure, key issues and objectives.

An understanding of the needs and motivation of programme makers.

Fully developed IT skills, including proficiency in Word; Excel; Powerpoint; Outlook.
