Vacancies available only for chefs with UK experience for a 5 starred hotel and 3 rosettes ? starting date midd of march 2010
5 stars hotel + 3 rosettes (The hotel provides excellent live in accommodation, superb training and is regarded as one of the finest resort hotels in the UK).

Cerinte

Vacancies available:

-Chef de Partie Pastry (£20,600) must be at 2/3 rosette level and have high volume banqueting experience as well.
- Chef de Partie- Collette?s- (£20,600) only looking for candidate with a Michelin star and or 3 rosette experience.
- Commis ?Stable (£14,600) ; must have at least 15 months previous cheffing experience at 1/ 2 rosette minimum.
- Commis- Banqueting (£14,600) As above.
