- We urgently require chefs of all levels from Chef de Partie to Executive to work in restaurants in the UK. Checkable references proving at least 3 years previous experience at NVQ level 3 or above are essential to obtain a WP1 work permit to work in the UK. Experience in high volume kitchens is essential (possibly ex-cruise ship chefs). Cooking approximately 60% from fresh and 40% from frozen. Salaries will vary between ?13,000 and ?20,000 depending on position and experience. Live-in accommodation will be available.
