Descrierea postului

Responsabilitati:

- Asigura suportul tuturor colegilor in activitatile de zi cu zi;
- Tine legatura cu furnizorii;
- Face raportari in Excel;
- Tine evidenta facturilor;
- Asigura bunul flux al corespondentei. Tine legatura cu companiile de curierat;
- Traduceri de documente, rezervari de hotel/bilete de avion cand este cazul;
- Alte activitati administrative specifice.

Cerinte

Candidatul Ideal:

- Student(a) in anul I / II de studiu;
- Minima experienta in activitati administrative (cel putin 3 luni);
- Limba engleza ? nivel conversational;
- Cunostinte nivel avansat MS Office;
- Abilitati bune de comunicare si organizare.
- Persoana plina de entuziasm, optimista, care doreste sa creasca in cadrul Manpower Romania.
