Roca-BHR is an independent cooperation between BHR (Baltic Human Resources) and the ROC of Amsterdam.

Among the goals of ROCA-BHR are:

To enlarge and improve the inflow of professionals from abroad into the Dutch labor market;
To enlarge by offering education in the Dutch language, culture and communication in the country of origin;
To improve by offering additional education focused on the Dutch workplace and function based on a vocational apprenticeship training for the competention levels 3 up to 5 (bachelor);
To encourage and activate educational activities between educational institutes based in the Netherlands and in Lithuania, Poland and Romania.

Final target is to provide Dutch companies with motivated, highly qualififed workers with a Dutch thinking and working level, for a longer period of time.
