- Responsibilities:
- Sales and profitability growth of a designated area / market segment and creating new business opportunities.
- Manage partnerships within several different sales channels, including wholesale, resellers, OEM and direct end-user accounts.
- Develop and maintain new relationships with key players in the market.
- Gather information on market situation, competitors, opportunities, trends
- Perform reporting and forecasting for the territory. - Cerinte
- Ideal Candidate:
- University graduate
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 3 year sales experience.
- Ability to create solutions rather than conveying problems.
- Empathic, energetic, self-starting and negotiating personality.
- Ability to listen rather than hear and to see rather than look.
- Communication with clarity, structure and conciseness.
- Committed to quality in his/her own work.
- Computer literacy.
- Good command of English.
- Cat. B driving licence
- Knowledge of lighting market (products, applications, key players) and experience in account management in FMCG is a plus. - Oferta (bonusuri, beneficii)
