Descrierea postului: - Monitor the development of the projects and analyze the client’s needs;
- Identify the ways the company can develop its services;
- Supervise the space planning & design projects for all company’s projects;
- Supervise the way the projects are carried out;
- Supervise the deadlines for each project;
- Establishes the objectives, duties and responsibilities for subordinates.
Cerinte: - University degree (Architect degree) - mandatory;
- Member of OAR - mandatory;
- PC literate: AutoCAD; Photoshop; 3D Max - mandatory;
- Minimum 3 years work-experience;
- Managerial skills; strategic thinking;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Creative person;
- Good English knowledge - mandatory;
- Proactive and responsible person.
