We distribute our electronics equipment in all electronics specialists stores chains. You have the possibility to work with young persons in a new and growing company.

Descrierea postului

Communication by email and telephone with the stores/ final clients concerning the after sales service problems.
Check the documents of the broken products.
Reports and communication in Polish & Romanian language for the after sales service of the company in Poland.
Operation for the simple repair as update firmware (training provided)
Other simple tasks as required by the superior management.
Of course product maintenance knowledge will be an advantage.

Cerinte

Knowledge of electronics ? medium level
Good knowledge of Polish language ? spoken and written
Open for traveling to Poland
Experienced PC User / good level (Microsoft Office, Internet, Email)
Good communication ? skills, availability and guidance in communication by telephone and email
